Administrative Recommendation:
City Council grant permission to enter into Amendment #2 to On-Call Consultant Agreement No. AG-C-
101 with GPA Valuation for on-call appraisal and appraisal review services.
Background Summary:
GPA Valuation currently serves as the City's On-Call Consultant for appraisal and appraisal review
services. Due to the appraisal demand by several City departments, the City has utilized GPA Valuation
extensively during 2007 and 2008. To continue to provide the needed on-call services through the end of
2008, an amendment to the Agreement with GPA Valuation is required.
Expenditures under the contract is authorized by the City through a series of Task Orders. Each Task
Order provides a specific Scope of Work, Schedule, and Budget for the consultant. In addition, the
budget for each Task Order must be available in the City's budget either through professional services or
project budgets.
The anticipated not to exceed amount for this amendment is $25,000, increasing the agreement total to
$55,000.
