Background Summary:
Per Auburn City Code Chapter 12.48 a public hearing shall be held to consider the proposed right-of-way
vacation for V4-08 for right of way in the vicinity of the alley south of West Main Street between A Street
SW and S Division Street. Date of the public hearing was set by Resolution No. 4371 on July 7, 2008.
