Background Summary:
The two northern most hangar buildings at Auburn Airport have been plagued by roof leaks along the roof
eaves. The scope of repairs is recommended by Trinity ERD Engineering, Inc. (Building Envelope
Engineers) and includes removal of existing metal roofing panels adjacent to eaves, modifications to
gutter support brackets, resealing and reinstalling the existing roofing panels. Batt insulation damaged by
past roofing leaks is to be removed and replaced. Twenty turbine roof ventilators will be installed to
reduce interior moisture levels.
Project duration is 15 days.
