RESOLUTION NO. 4 4 0 8
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DECLARING CERTAIN ITEMS OF
PROPERTY AS SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THEIR
DISPOSAL
WHEREAS, the City of Auburn Public Works Department has some items
which are no longer of use to the City; and
WHEREAS, the it would be appropriate to surplus the property and dispose
of it by auction or other sale mechanism, or to dispose of it, in whole or in part,
through gift to another governmental agency or an appropriate charitable non-
profit entity, as deemed most expedient by the Mayor.
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, IN A REGULAR MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREWITH
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Purpose. That the property identified as follows is declared to
be surplus, and the Mayor is authorized to dispose of and convey such property
through appropriate sale or donation to another governmental agency or charitable
non-profit entity:

Section 2. Implementation. The Mayor is hereby authorized to
implement such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the
directives of this legislation.
Section 3. Effective Date. That this Resolution shall take effect and be
in full force upon passage and signatures hereon.
