$46,491.84, for a total contract price of $46,491.84 with Dennis R Craig Construction and accept
construction of Project No. CP0810, SE 316th Place Traffic Calming Improvements.
Background Summary:
This project constructed traffic circles at both the SE 316th Place/115th Ave SE and SE 316th Place/114th
Ave SE intersections. The project included constructing the concrete curbing, associated signing and
road improvements, and installing topsoil in the traffic circles in preparation for landscaping.
The Parks Department will provide and install landscape plantings and bark mulch within the traffic
circles.
A project contingency of $130,008 remains in the 328 (Capital Improvement) Fund.
