Background Summary: On November 17, 2008 property owner Trisha VanderGiessen submitted a request to the City of Auburn to change her current address of 32204 107th pl. SE to 32133 108th Ave. SE in Lea Hill. ACC 15.52.055 vests the authority for changing addresses with the City Council. On November 20, 2008, the City's Address Committee comprised of representatives from Valley Regional Fire Authority, Finance, Planning, Building and Police, reviewed the proposed address change and recommended approval by the City Council. A public hearing is not required pursuant to ACC 15.52.055.C for this address change request. The property owner's request is based on recent difficulties by public safety personnel in locating the property as currently addressed. If approved by the City Council, notification letters to 47 agencies will be mailed to agencies for updates to their databases. There will not be any address impacts to adjacent properties. Building Address Assignments. The building address for the single-family residence, King County tax parcel number 3341000026 formerly identified with the address 32204 107th pl. SE, Auburn, WA 98092 shall be assigned as 32133 108th Ave. SE, Auburn, WA 98092. Section 2. Implementation. The Mayor of the City of Auburn is hereby authorized to implement such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directions of this Resolution. Section 3. Effective Date.
