RESOLUTION NO. 4431
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DECLARING CERTAIN ITEMS OF
PROPERTY AS SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THEIR
DISPOSAL
WHEREAS, the Information Services, Public Works, and Parks, Arts and
Recreation Departments have a number of items which are obsolete or non-
repairable; and
WHEREAS, it would be appropriate to surplus the property and dispose
of it by auction or other sale mechanism, or to dispose of it, in whole or in part,
through gift to another governmental agency or an appropriate charitable non-
profit entity, as deemed most expedient by the Mayor.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the property identified below is declared to be surplus,
and the Mayor is authorized to dispose of and convey such property through
appropriate sale or donation to another governmental agency or charitable non-
profit entity.

Section 2. The Mayor of the City of Auburn is hereby authorized to
implement such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out
the directions of this resolution.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force upon
