Administrative Recommendation:
City Council approve award of Contract 07-25, Project Number CP0708, Brannan Park Lighting Project,
to Milne Electric, Inc., on their low bid of $107,000.00 plus Washington State sales tax of $9,630.00 for a
total contract price of $116,630.00.
Background Summary:
The purpose of this project is to install a City-provided MUSCO ballfield lighting system on Fields #2 and
#3 at Brannan Park, located at the end of 28th Street NE east of I Street NE. This will allow for the park to
be utilized for games during the evenings making for a more efficient use of the facility. .
A project increase of $32,262 within the 321 fund will be necessary.
