Background Summary: On February 18, 2009 property owner Dethnarin Sibaunheuang submitted a request to change his current address of 1202 A St SE. His request is based on recent difficulties by public and fire safety issues in locating the property as currently addressed. In resp onse to this request, the Address Committee t ST SE Suite 101 & 102 for consideration by the City recommends establishing a new address of 106 12 Council. If approved by the City Council, notification letters to 47 agencies will be mailed to agencies for updates to their databases. There will not be any address impacts to adjacent properties. ACC 15.52.055 vests the authority for changing addresses with the City Council. The City's Address Committee comprised of representatives from Valley Regional Fire Authority, Finance, Planning, Building and Police, has reviewed the proposed address change and has recommended approval by the City Council. A public hearing is not required pursuant to ACC 15.52.055.C for this address change request. Buildinq Address Assiqnments. The building address for the single-family residence, King County tax parcel number 8581400100 formerty identified with the address 1202 A Street SE Auburn, WA 98092 shall be assigned as 106 12th Street SE Suite 101 & 102, Auburn, WA 98092. Section 2. Implementation. The Mayor of the City of Auburn is hereby authorized to implement such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directions of this Resolution.
