Estimate #2 & Vicinit Ma
Administrative Recommendation:
City Council approve final pay estimate #2 to Contract 07-25 in the amount of $8,036.34 for a total
contract price of $125,032.75, with Milne Electric, Inc., and accept construction of Project Number
CP0708, Brannan Park Lighting Project.
Background Summary:
The purpose of the project was to install a City-provided MUSCO ballfield lighting system on Fields #2
and #3 and remove the existing unsafe and deteriorating ballfield lighting on Field #2 at Brannan Park,
located at the end of 28'h Street NE east of I Street NE. The lighting installation allows for the park to be
utilized for games during the evenings making for a more efficient use of the facility.
Construction for this project began in January 2009 and was completed in March 2009.
Parks transferred $4,300 of funds to the project to cover the remaining costs.
A project budget contingency of $1,596 remains in the 321 Fund.
