Background Summary:
Per Auburn City Code Chapter 12.48 a public hearing shall be held to consider the proposed right-of-way
vacation for V1-09 for right of way in the vicinity of the alley south of 1st Street NE between North Division
Street and Auburn Avenue NE. Date of the public hearing was set by Resolution No. 4455 on March 16,
2009.
