Washington, being a portion of the Northeast-Quarter and the Southeast Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter of Section 12, Township 21 North, Range 4 East, Willamette Meridian,
(and being a portion of the J. Brannan Donation Land Claim No. 37 and the J. A. Lake
Donation Land Claim No. 38), described as follows:
ALL THAT PORTION of that certain "Parcel 7" as described in Deed recorded under
King County Recording No. 8112180011, (and also described in Recording No.
8707131094), located Westerly of the following described Easterly Right-of-Way line of
"B" Street N.W.;
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said "Parcel 7", as described in Recording
No. 8112180011, being a point on the Easterly Right-of-Way line of Burlington Northern
Rail Road, and being also the Southwest corner of Lot 2 of Auburn Short Plat No. SP 15-
