• Review previous code changes from 2008 that removed the City Council from quasi-judicial
decision-making. Review recently adopted rewrites of the subdivision code and residential
sections of the zoning code. Other matters from Hearing Examiner's perspective

A. Population and Employment Targets (Baker - 5 minutes)
Summary: Discuss and approve draft infrastructure statement that will be included on the
any correspondence to Suburban Cities Association and/or the City's support of any
proposed targets.

A. Resolution No. 4497 —Principled Services Consulting Agreement
(Coleman — 5 minutes)
Summary: Authorize Mayor to execute agreement in the estimated amount of $54,000 with
Principled Solutions to serve as a governmental relations representative.
B. King County Historic Preservation Office (Baker - 15 minutes)
Summary: Presentation on processes and requirements related to Historic Preservation and
Cultural Resources.
C. Energy and Efficiency Conservation Block Grant Strategy Document
(Snyder - 5 minutes)
Summary: Presentation on key application elements and strategy document for City grant
application.
D. Comprehensive Plan 2009 (Chamberlain — 20 minutes)*
Summary: Briefing on proposed docket for private -initiated and city -initiated annual
Comprehensive Plan update.
E. Phase II of Code Update Project (Andersen/Snyder — 15 minutes) *
Summary: Presentation on project timeline, key work tasks and key issues identified to this
point for the second phase of the Code Update Project.
