3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, DECLARING SURPLUS CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON
4 AUBURN WAY SOUTH NEAR ACADEMY DRIVE PERTAINING TO STREET
IMPROVEMENT NO. 287, AND CONVEYING SAID REAL PROPERTY TO KENNET
5 OISON AND JODI L. OLSON, HUSBAND AND WIFE.
6 WHEREAS, the City of Auburn desires to acquire a portion
7 of land owned by KENPIET OLSON and JODI L. OLSON for right-of-
8 way purposes for Street Improvement No. 287 (Auburn Way South
9 near Academy Drive); and
10 WHEREAS, the City of Auburn has agreed to transfer to
11 KENNET OLSON and JODI L. OLSON by Quit Claim Deed a twenty (20)
12 foot wide strip of land as partial compensation for said right-
13 o f -way ;
14 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
15 WASHINGTON, IN A REGULAR MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREWITH
16 RESOLVES:
17 8ection 1. That said twenty (20) foot wide strip of land
18 on property located on Auburn Way South near Academy Drive,
19 Auburn, Washington, relating to Street Improvement No. 287 is
20 hereby declared surplus and shall be conveyed to KENNET OLSON
21 and JODI L. OLSON, husband and wife, by Quit Claim Deed
22 attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein.

2 Section 2. Upon passage of this Resolution, the City
3 Clerk of the City of Auburn shall cause a copy hereof to be
4 recorded in the office of the King County Records and
5 Elections.
6 8ection 3. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement
7 such administrative procedurea as may be necessary to carry out
8 the directives of this legislation.
