Members Present: Ken Bradford, Tom Hikida, Warren Olsen & Greg Dobbs

A. Call to Order - Chairperson Ken Bradford
B. Review of December 11, 2007 Minutes. Motion by Warren Olson and
second by Tom Hikida to accept December 11, 2007 Minutes.
C. Old Business:
Tree of Remembrance - Positive and appreciative response from our
community. We will continue the tradition next year.
Stipps Meadow Development - Sewer Line - There is no news to report.
D. New Business:
Pontem Cemetery Software - Legal is looking over proposed contract.
Monies will come from the advertising budget line item, approximately
$11,000.00 which includes migration.
Development in 7th - Trees have been removed to open up view corridor.
A rock wall has been installed. Anticipating gaining 450-500 graves,
some to be upright monument plots.
Columbarium/Mausoleum Repair - We are hopeful to have the needed
repairs done this summer. The contractor has a heavy workload and will
try to fit the repairs in.
Seasonal Help - We are looking to hire starting in March. Seasonal
workers my now work seven months due to union negotiations.
Easter - Messiah Lutheran has requested to have an Easter Sunrise
Service 6:30 AM again this year. The cemetery will supply bleacher
seating and refreshments.
E. Reports:
Budget Update - 2007 ended being $29,000 over anticipated revenue.
This does not include the $33,000 refund we received from Lakehaven
Water.
It was a slow start for January 2008. Our revenue was slightly less than
budget.
F. Adjournment: The meeting adjourned at 2:30 PM.
