MOUNTAIN VIEW CEMETERY BOARD MEETING

A. Call to Order - Chairperson Ken Bradford
B. Review of August 12, 2008 Minutes. Motion by Fred Helser and second by Greg
Dobson to accept August 12, 2008 Minutes.
C. Old Business:
Val Bain Property - Nothing new to report. Sellers approached City about
property still being available.
Howard Fields Property - The house has the windows covered with plywood
and has been cleaned out.
Washington Cemetery & Funeral Association Conference - Craig Hudson
attended. Conference focused on customer service information.
D. New Business:
2008 - 2009 Projects - As time allows, development will continue on Memory
Height and ForestWalk.
Equipment Maintenance - Currently out sourcing maintenance needs.
Logo - We are in the process of looking for an updated cemetery logo. This
would apply to clothing, note pads and vehicle decals.
E. Reports:
Budget Update - August 2008 had revenue of $94,000.00. September's revenue
was $92,000.00.
F. Adjournment: The meeting adjourned at 2:40 PM.
