COUNCIL COMMITTEE ON COMMITTEES
Minutes
December 2, 2002
I. Call to Order
Chair Rich Wagner called the meeting to order at 7:10 PM in Conference
Room 2 located on the second floor of Auburn City Hall.
II. Attendance
Those in attendance included Chair Wagner and Committee members
Jeanne Barber and Trish Borden. City Clerk Danielle Daskam was also
present.
III. New Business
A. Designate Committee Structure and Assignments for all Standin.q
Committees of the City Council for 2003
Committee members reviewed the suggested Committee
assignments for 2003. Chair Wagner indicated the Committee
assignments remain unchanged from last year. Following
discussion, Committee members concurred to change membership
on the Finance Committee by replacing Councilmember Borden
with Councimember Jeanne Barber and to remove "building
inspection" from the Public Works Committee scope of authority
and to add "building permits" to the Planning and Community
Development Committee's scope of authority.
Motion by Member Barber, second by Member Borden to prepare
and recommend the City Council adopt a Resolution designating
the following Committee assignments for 2003 and instruct the City
Clerk to prepare the necessary Resolution:
Planning and Community Development
