Call to Order
Vice Chair Sue Singer called the meeting to order at 7:10 PM in
Conference Room 2 located on the second floor of Auburn City Hall, 25
West Main Street, Auburn, Washington.
Those in attendance included Vice Chair Sue Singer and Member Gene
Cerino. Chair Rich Wagner was excused. City Clerk Danielle Daskam
was also present.
2004 City Council Committee Assignments
Committee members discussed assignments to Council Committees for
2004 and reviewed the recommended Committee assignments distributed
by Chair Wagner previously and identified as Suggestions for 2004
Auburn City Council Committee Structure dated November 11, 2003.
The Committee agreed to prepare and recommend the City Council adopt
a Resolution designating the following Committee assignments for 2004:
Planning and Community Development
Sue Singer, Chair
Lynn Norman, Vice Chair
Nancy Backus, Member
Public Works
Rich Wagner, Chair
Gene Cerino, Vice Chair
Roger Thordarson, Member
Finance
Nancy Backus, Chair

The City Clerk was instructed to prepare the necessary resolution
eifecting the change for the December 15, 2003 Council meeting.
III. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 7 13 PM.
