Call to Order Chair Rich Wagner called the meeting to order at 7: 1 0 PM in Conference Room 2 located on the second floor of Auburn City Hall, 25 West Main Street, Auburn, Washington. Those in attendance included Chair Rich Wager, Vice Chair Sue Singer and Member Gene Cerino. City Clerk Danielle Daskam was also present. II. 2005 City Council Committee Assignments Committee members discussed assignments to Council Committees for 2005 and reviewed the recommended Committee assignments distributed by Chair Wagner previously and identified as Suggestions for 2005 Auburn City Council Committee Structure dated November 18, 2004. The following Committee assignments are suggested for 2005: Plannina and Communitv Development Sue Singer, Chair Lynn Norman, Vice Chair Nancy Backus, Member Public Works Rich Wagner, Chair Roger Thordarson, Vice Chair Gene Cerino, Member Finance Nancy Backus, Chair Lynn Norman, Vice Chair Roger Thordarson, Member Municipal Services Gene Cerino, Chair Bill Peloza, Vice Chair Committee on Committees Minutes December 6, 2004 Page 2 Rich Wagner, Member Committee on Committees Rich Wagner, Chair Sue Singer, Vice Chair Gene Cerino, Member LEOFF Board Bill Peloza Roger Thordarson The Committee agreed to recommend changing the Public Works Committee meeting time to 3:30 p.m. All other Committee meetings days and times are to remain the same. Chair Wagner moved and Vice Chair Singer seconded to instruct the City Clerk to prepare the necessary resolution to designate the members and meeting times and days of all standing committees of the City Council for 2005 for consideration by the City Council at the December 20, 2004 meeting. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. 3-0. III. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 7:14 p.m. Approved on this 2.cWv~ day of December, 2004.
