ON COMMITTEES
April 4, 2005
MINUTES
I. Call to Order
Chair Rich Wagner called the meeting to order at 7:10 PM in the Mayor's
Office located on the first floor of Auburn City Hall, 25 West Main Street,
Auburn, Washington.
Those in attendance included Chair Rich Wager, Vice Chair Sue Singer
and Member Gene Cerino. City Clerk Danielle Daskam was also present.
II. City Council Committee Assignments
Committee members discussed the current assignments to Council
Committees. Committee members recommended that Councilmember
Committee assignments be changed to reflect Councilmember Lynn
Norman as Chair and Gene Cerino as Vice Chair of the Planning and
Community Development Committee and Bill Peloza as a member of the
Public Works Committee. No change would be made to the membership
on the Municipal Services and Finance Committees.
The recommended Committee assignments are as follows:
Plannina and Community Development
Lynn Norman, Chair
Gene Cerino, Vice Chair
Nancy Backus, Member
Public Works
Rich Wagner, Chair
Roger Thordarson, Vice Chair
Bill Peloza, Member
Finance
Nancy Backus, Chair
Lynn Norman, Vice Chair

The Committee members agreed to recommend adding Information
Technology as part of the scope of authority for the Finance
Committee.
The recommended Committee assignments will be presented to the
full Council later this evening under Resolution No. 3849.
III. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 7:14 p.m.
