CALL TO ORDER
Chair Fred Poe called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM at Washington
Elementary School located at 20 "E" Street NE, Auburn, Washington.
Members present included: Chair Poe, Vice Chair Jeanne Barber, and
Member Gene Cerino. Others present during the meeting included:
Finance Director Shelley Coleman, Human Resources Director Brenda
Heineman, City Attorney Daniel B. Heid, Records and
Registration/License Clerk Stephanie Fuller, and Deputy City Clerk Cathy
Richardson.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Minutes of the February 18, 2003 Finance Committee meeting.
Vice Chair Barber moved and Member Cerino seconded
approve the February 18, 2003 minutes.

ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
Ordinance No. 5738

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Auburn,
Washington, amending Ordinance No. 5702, the 2003 Budget
Ordinance, and authorizing the Mayor to accept Schedule A which
relates to the City of Auburn 2003 Budget for additional
appropriations in various funds pursuant to RCW 35A.33.120, and
setting forth findings.
Finance Director Shelley Coleman reviewed the budget
amendment.
Vice Chair Barber moved and Member Cerino seconded to
recommend approval of Ordinance No. 5738.
MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. 3-0.

An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Auburn,
Washington, creating two new Sections 3.04.600 and 3.04.610 of
the Auburn City Code, and repealing Sections 3.04.125, 3.04.267,
3.04.365, 3.04.460, 3.04.510, 3.04.520, and 3.04.530 of the
Auburn City Code, relating to consolidation of certain City Funds.
Vice Chair Barber moved and Member Cerino seconded to
recommend approval of Ordinance No. 5742.
MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. 3-0.
