I. CALL TO ORDER
Minutes
Chair Gene Cerino called the meeting to order at 5:05 p.m. in Conference Room
No.3, located on the second floor of Auburn City Hall, 25 W. Main Street,
Auburn, Washington. Committee members present included: Chair Gene
Cerino, Vice Chair Bill Peloza, and Member Rich Wagner.
Staff members present included: Mayor Peter B. lewis, Assistant Police Chief
Bob lee, Fire Chief Russ Vandver, Assistant Fire Chief Mike Gerber, Finance
Director Shelley Coleman, Planning and Community Development Director Paul
Krauss, Information Services Director Lorrie Rempher, Parks and Recreation
Director Daryl Faber, Solid Waste Supervisor Sharon Hlavka, Property and
Facilities Administrator Lynn Rued, City Attorney Daniel B. Heid, Police Sergeant
Tony deChoudens, Assistant City Engineer Ingrid Gaub, Airport Manager
Jamelle Garcia, Economic Development Planner AI Hicks, Financial Planning
Manager Dawna Truman, and Investigations Secretary Kathy Divelbiss.

There were no Agenda Modifications for Committee review.
III. CONSENT ITEMS
A. Approval of Minutes
1. Minutes of August 1,2005 Meeting
Vice Chair Peloza moved and Member Wagner seconded to approve
the August 1, 2005 minutes.
MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. 3-0.
B. Public Works Project C305A
1. City Council to consider awarding a small works construction project
C305A, City Hall Plaza Repair, to Performance landscaping on their
bid of $76,672.45.
