The regular meeting of the Planning Commission was held on January 3, 2001 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers
of the Auburn City Hall. Those in attendance were as follows:
MEMBERS: Garna Jones, Dave Peace, Karen Ekrem, Bill Taylor, Dan Rollins, Peter DiTuri, and Fred Helser
STAFF :David Osaki, B Sanders and Patti Zook
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Dave Peace.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: It was concurred by the Planning Commission that the minutes of the November
7, 2000 meeting be approved as mailed.
INFORMATION ITEMS:
· Summary Matrix of City Council Action on Year 2000 Comprehensive Plan Amendments
Planning Commission thanked staff for preparation of the matrix.
· "Short Course on Local Planning" offered at City of Federal waY
Principal Planner Osaki provided information on this course.
DISCUSSION ITEM:
· Downtown Plan
Planner Sanders briefly reviewed the Downtown Plan and a general discussion of the plan occurred..
ADJOURNMENT:
With no further items to come before the Commission the meeting was adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
