MINUTES OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
Auaust 15. 2006
A study session of the Planning Commission was held on August 15, 2006 at 6:00 p.m.
in the Council Chambers of the Auburn City Hall. Those in attendance were as follows:
Commissioners Present: Chair Judi Roland, Vice Chair Peter Di Turi, Dave Peace,
Darci Bidman, Renee Larsen, Kevin Chapman, Joan Mason
Staff Present: Elizabeth Chamberlain, Senior Planner; Lisa Tylor, Senior Accountant _
Budget; Tiffin Goodman, Transportation Planner/Grants Manager; David Osaki, Interim
Planning, Building and Community Director.
Work Session
Chair Roland called the study session to order at 6:00 PM.
Staff presented information related to the 2006 comprehensive plan amendment
process. The plan map amendments being considered as well as policy/text
amendments being considered were presented. Public hearings are scheduled for
September 6, 2006 and October 3, 2006.

With no further items to come before the Commission the meeting was adjourned at
7:55 p.m.
