The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. Those in atedance were Mayor Booth,
Committee Chairman Rich Wagner and Council/Committee member Pat Burns. Staff in
attendance were Public Worb~ Director Frank A. Curfie, City Engineer Dennis Dowdy,
Senior Engineer Dennis Selle and Project Engineer Jack Locke. Guests in attendance were
John Raeder and Ken Kinared of the Chamber of Commerce.

The Committee recommended approval of Consent items A through E to the Council at
their March 28, 1994 meeting.

A. PROGRESS ON POSSIBLE UNDERGROUND LID ON AUBURN WAY
NORTH
It was agreed that the City would extend the petition deadline to Way Scarff
until April 11, 1994.
B. OVERALL DESIGN/CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM
Senior Engineer Dennis Selle presented an overview of the Project Status. It
was concluded that the report will be presented to Committee on a monthly
basis.

There being no further business to come before the Council, the meeting was adjourned at
6:10 p.m.
