L CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. Those in attendance were Mayor Booth,
Committee Chairman Rich Wagner, Council/Committee member Trish Borden and
Council/Committee member Fred Poe. Staff in attendance were Public Works Director
Frank A. CurTie, City Engineer Dennis Dowdy, Traffic Engineer Steve Mullen Utilities
Engineer Dwight Holobaugh Utilities Engineer Nass Diallo.
Guests in attendance were Cathy Carr, and Don Wright

A.Water
The following subjects were presented an discussed. No action was taken.
1. Water Rates Study
2. Wholesale Water
3. Interlocal Agreement #2 with Corington and WD #111.
B. Budget Authorities and Contract Proceedures
A handout on Dept. of Public Works Poliy and Procedures was distributed
along with descriptive information on Adverse Possession and PreScriptive
Rights, and Contract Proceedure Summary. These issues were dscussed, no
action was taken.
The meeting adjourned prior to 7:00pm.
