I. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 4:30 p.m. Those in attendance were Mayor Booth,
Committee Chairman Rich Wagner and Council/Committee member Fred Poe.
Councilmembers Jeanne Barber, Gene Cerino, and Sue Singer were present. Staff in
attendance were Public Works Director Frank A. Curfie, City Engineer Dennis Dowdy,
Senior Engineer Dennis Selle, Traffic Engineer Steve Mullen~Utilities Engineer Dwight
Holobaugh' M&O Manager Alice Conrad, Construction Manager Larry Dahl, and
Contract Administrator Caroline Bergt.
Guests in attendance. Brenda Deeds
Dennis Dowdy presented the Engineering Division Mission Statement, Organization Chart,
Labor Distribution Chart, and Workload and Resource Graph.
StafF presentations from Engineering Division Sections were given as follows;
Traffic Maintenance- Steve Mullen
Transportation Planning - Steve Mullen
Utilities - Dwight Holobaugh
Records Management Dwight Holobaugh
Design - Dennis Selle
Survey - Dennis Selle
Development Review - Dennis Selle
Construction Management - Larry Dahl
Contract Administration - Caroline Bergt
Questions were received and answered. No action was taken.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:30 pm.
