Special meeting of the City Counci I of the City of Auburn, held 12:00 p. m. in the
Counci I Chambers at the City Hal I.
The meeting was cal led to order by Mayor Shaughnessy.
Counci Imen present: Lea, Gaines, Kammeyer, Sonnemann
Counci Imen absent: Aaby, Fitzsimmons, Knechtel
AWARDING OF BID ON TRUNK SEWER LINE

Richard [. \Nolff, Consulting Engineer, reported that the A & M Construction & Equip-
ment Company had low bid on the trunk sewer line, in the amount of $261,784.20.
It was moved by Kammeyer and seconded by Sonnemann that the A & M Construction &
Equipment Company be awarded the bid on trunk sewer line, in the amount of $261,784.20.
The fol lowing rol I cal I vote was recorded: Gaines, yes; Lea, yes; Sonnemann, yes; and
Kammeyer, yes.
MOTION CARRIED
It was moved by Kammeyer and seconded by Gaines that the Mayor & City Clerk be
instructed to sign a contract with the A & M Construction & Equipment Company on the
trunk sewer line, in the amount of $261,784.20.
MOT ION CARR I ED
There being no further business to come before the Counci the meeting was
adjourned at 12:30 p. m. subject to the cal I of the Mayor.
