OLD BUSINESS
Mayor Shaughnessy stated that the Pa:k Board is al lowed by law to have only
three members but that to cope with park expansion we have appointed three
associate members. Upon resignation of Geo. Thostenson, Frank Natsuhara who has
been an associate member was appointed officially to the board and confirmation
requested. He also stated that Gene Colburn had been asked to become an associate
member' .
I t was moved by Sonnemann and seconded by 110ugh that the Counc I I conf i rm the
appointment of Frank Nausuhara as a regular member to the Park Board.

Mayor Shaughnessy announced the annual clean-up week fo the City of Auburn
wi II be Apri 15th to Apri I 12th.
I t was moved by Lea and seconded by Sonnemann that the Ci ty Attor'ney be
instructed to record the easement from Paul Burnett and his wife.

recorded to date.
It was moved by Sonnemann and seconded by Hough that the City Attorney be

Louie Hitchcock asked if there were any :estrictions on parking in the lot
located on the corner of A Street Southwest and West Main Street.
Robert Smythe, City Attorney, stated that there were no ¡estrictions on
parking in this lot at the present time.
I t was moved by Aaby and seconded by f<ammeyer that the Ci ty Attorney be
instructed to draw up an Ordinance which would set up a two-hour par'king limit
on this lot.
