The meeting was called to order by Mayor Kersey.
Councilmen present: Councilmen Kline, Sonnemann, Shaughnessy, Darling, Holman, Fiedler and
Nickson.
This meeting was called for the specific purpose of Council authority to exercise the
option to purchase right-of-way for the construction of "R" Street S.E., 17th Street S.E.
and 21st Street S.E.
It was moved by Nickson, seconded by Sonnemann, that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized I
to exercise the options to acquire the property from International Business Development
Corporation and Mr. John D. Wadkins for street purposes located at "R" Street S.E., 17th
Street S.E. and 21st Street S.E.
ROLL CALL VOTE: All Councilmen voting YES.
MOTION CARRIED
It was moved by Kline, seconded by Nickson, that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized
to exchange property for street Right-of-Way purposes located at 21st Street and Howard
Road.
ROLL CALL VOTE: All Councilmen voting YES.
MOTION CARRIED
There being no further business to come before the Council the Mayor adjourned the
meeting at 8:15 P.M.
