The meeting ¡.,'as recessed at 11:32 A.M., by Mayor pro-tem Sonnemann, so the Cit'jTrea::rurer-
cou2d recÌleck the computations of the bids recel ved. The meeting ¡-¡as called to order
at 12:00 Noon by Mayor pro-tem Sonnemann. Robert S~ms, Bond Consultant, statec tha= all
of the bids vlere in order and he recommended that the bid be a;·¡arded to GoldE'!a.n Sachs
& Company with an average rate or interest at 5.2594%.
It was moved by Fiedler, seconded by Holman, that the bid be, m'larded to Goldman Sachs
& Company with the average rate of interest at 5.2594%, and the Mayor and City Clerk be
authorized to sign the contract and that the good fai th checks of th.e unsuccessful
bidders be returned.
ROLL CALL VOTE: All Councilmen present voting YES.
