A special meeting of the Auburn City Council convened at 8:00 p.m., in the Auburn City Council
Chambers.
ROLL CALL
COUNCILMEN PRESENT:
Councilmen Roegner, Kitchell, Craig, Larson, Anderson, Flechsig, Lea.

Lengthy discussion followed, the questions of the councilmen answered by salnc;rp}!resentative
of each of the Burroughs and NCR firms.
It was moved by Flechsig, seconded by Craig, that the city accept the one year lease plan
offer of the Burroughs Corporation together with the purchase of the ADS software program.
Councilmen Flechsig, Kitchell, Craig, Larson, Anderson voting YES.
Councilmen Lea, Roegner voting NO.
IOn the question of relocation of the city hall, Councilman Roegner reported that there are
unanswered questions on the allowability of funds for relocation expenses, and that more
investigation will be required to determine the proper location or locations to recommend
to the counci!
ROLL CALL VOTE:
There being no further business to come before ~he council, the meeting was adjourned at
9:45 p.m.
