The continuation of the February 22,1977, city council meeting convened at 7:08 p.m., in
the ci ty counci 1 chambers.
COUNCILMEN PRESENT:
Councilmen Roegner, Kitchell, Craig, Larson, Anderson and F1echsig.
Councilman Lea absent.
I t was moved by Roegne r, secondtd by Ki tch'J:I, that I.lay ,r {t. rsey be authori zed to sign a
lease for an eighteen-month period plus additional time on a month to month basis for a
monthly rental price of not to exceed $1,650 per month, for the building known as Van's,
located at 602 Auburn Way !Jorth.
IL CALL VOTE: All councilmen voting YES.
this time, Councilman Lea joined the meeting.
MOTION CARRIED
It was mQv~dby Roegner, seconded by Kitchell, that Mayor Kersey be authorized to hire extra
help, as needed, to prepare for the mov~ng requirements.
ROLL CALL VOTE:
All councilmen voting YES.
MOTION CARRIED
It was moved by Roegner, seconded by Kitchell, to approve the purchase of partitions from the
Boeing surplus sto~~ totaling approximately 400 lineal feet for approximately $1,200.
