SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
December 23, 1985
Mayor Pro-tem Linda Wisner called the meeting to order at 7:30.p.m.
Attendance
Those in attendance included mayor Pro-tern Wisner, Councilmembers
Bud Larson, Stacey Brothers, Don Rurle, Pete Whittall, Jim
Walters, Bill Roberts of Roberts and Sheffelman and Dan Clements.
General Auto Partnership IDS Hearing
Mayor Pro-tem Wisner opened the public hearing on the General Auto
Partnership IDB hearing. There being no individuals wishing to
testify, it was MOVED by Councilman Larson, SECOND by Councilman
Walters that the hearing be closed. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY
Resolution 1652: General Auto IDS
MOTION By Councilman Larson, SECOND by Councilman Whittall to
recommend to the Council approval of Resolution 1652, which
approves the General Auto Partnership $2.92 million industrial
revenue bond issue. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at
7:45 p.m.
