COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES
of the November 20, 1995 meeting
that recessed to November 28, 1995
and November 29, 1995
at 5:00 p.m.
Mayor Charles A. Booth reconvened the meeting at 5:00 p.m.,
Wednesday, November 29, 1995, for the purpose of continuing the
discussion of the position of Municipal Court Judge. Those in attendance
included Mayor Booth and the following Councilmembers: Pat Burns,
Rich Wagner, Virginia Haugen, Trish Borden, Stacey Brothers, and Don
Kurle. Councilmember Barber was absent. Staff members present
included: Parks and Recreation Director Len Chapman, City Attorney
Michael Reynolds, City Clerk Robin Wohlhueter, and Deputy City Clerk
Dani Daskam.
Mayor Booth announced that Councilmember Barber has been in
an automobile accident. She has been transported to the hospital, but
her injuries are not serious. Mayor Booth stated he would prefer to have
a full Council to discuss the appointment of municipal court judge.
Motion by Councilmember Burns, second by Councilmember
Brothers to continue the meeting to meet again at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday,
November 30, 1995.
MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. 6-0
Mayor Booth recessed the regular meeting at 5:10 p.m. to meet
again at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, November 30, 1995.
