SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
City of Auburn Mayor Peter B. Lewis and Councilmembers Rich Wagner,
Nancy Backus, Bill Peloza, and Roger Thordarson attended the annual meeting
of the Lakeland Homeowners' Community Association held at the Auburn
Riverside High School Auditorium, located at 501 Oravetz Road in Auburn
beginning at 5:30 p.m.
The homeowners' business meeting was preceded by an informal
gathering of homeowner association members among several information tables
that were set up outside the auditorium. Several City staff members were in
attendance to provide information on City services.
The homeowners' business meeting began at 6:30 p.m. During the
meeting, Mayor Lewis addressed the membership and answered several
questions from the audience on City issues. Councilmembers and City
department directors in attendance were introduced at this time.
The homeowners' business meeting concluded at approximately 8:30
p.m. Homeowner association members browsed the information tables from
8:30 to 9:00.
The meeting adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
