SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
I. CALL TO ORDER
A joint dinner meeting of the City of Sumner and City of Auburn Councils
was held at the AI Lago Ristorante located at 3110 Sumner-Tapps
Highway East in Sumner, Washington.
The meeting was convened at 6:00 p.m. and the following officials were
present:
City of Sumner: Mayor David Enslow, Deputy Mayor Matthew
Richardson, Councilmember Mike Connor, Councilmember Steve Allsop,
Councilmember Ed Hannus, Councilmember Randy Hynek,
Councilmember Leroy Goff, and Councilmember Curt Brown.
City of Auburn: Mayor Peter B. Lewis, Councilmember Nancy Backus,
Councilmember Gene Cerino, Councilmember Lynn Norman,
Councilmember Bill Peloza, Councilmember Roger Thordarson and
Councilmember Rich Wagner.
Sumner City Administrator John Doan, Sumner Deputy City Administrator
Diane Supler, and Auburn City Clerk Danielle Daskam were also present.
II. DISCUSSION
Following introductions, the Mayors and Councilmembers met in a casual
setting and discussed the following items over dinner:
. Utility services and service areas
. Animal control and dangerous dogs
. Police and fire services
. Emergency medical services
. Growth management
. Regional transportation issues

IV. Adjournment
There being no further discussion, the meeting adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
