Medina for approval of a preliminary plat to be known as "Mi11 Creek Industrial
Park"containing 18 lots located on a parcel of land 42 acres in size lying approximately
1200 feet north of l5i:h Street N.W. and lying between the Va11ey Freeway and the
Chicago-Milwaukee Railroad right-of-way. (Application P-8-79) The Planning Commis-
sion recommends approval of this request because it wi11 meet the minimum requirements
of our Subdivision and Zoning Ordinances. This approval is subject to any require-
m cots o:f the nubli.c Works Department and of a State Flood Control Zone Permit
issued by the State Department of Ecology.
