MOTION CARRIED PUBLIC HEARINGS Mayor Kersey declared the public hearing open on consideration of adoption of the 1980- 1.985 City o:~: Aatbuz•n Six Year Comprehensive Street Program. No one .in t.F~e and%ence spoke for or against the adoption of the Six Year Comprehensive Street Program. It was moved by .L,~Ja, seconded by Larson, to table the action on the adoption of the Six x'ear Comprehensive Street Program until the next regular Council meeting of September 4, 1979. MOTION CARRIED CORRESPONDENCE The City Clerk re~rd two telegrams from George M. Kropinski, Qestar Development Carp., <~nd Robert J, Kop:~e, Emkay Development and Realty Company, and a letter from Arne G. Goedecke, Goedecka Development, Inc., requesting the City to prepare the necessar.+ L.I.U. petition to extend the main sewer trunk from 15th Street N.W. southward to Main Street. Mayor .Kersey aske,l Pat Nevins whether any fiction needed to be taken. Nevins replied no action wa.s necessary it was a matter of information to the Council. AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION Jim Go_~dsmith, Hugh Goldsmith & Associates, Lyon Building, Seattle, was in the audience to sup,po.rt the agr-eernent .for canst.ruction of. the West Valley interceptor sewer under Local Improvement 303. RECOMMENDATIONS The Dc:pa:rtmexat of Planning ~ Community Development recommends Council approval of the following: The request o{ J. J. Fi<~rkey for approval of the Final Plat of "North Auburn Nine" located on a parceal of land 4.7 acres in size lying on the east side of Auburn Way 1+iorth between 37th and 40th Streets N.E. The Planning Commission recommends approval of the final plat of.
