plete hydrogeologic study is complete.

Planning & Beautification report regarding participation in emergency housing
proposal.
Hitchcock stated the motion should be defeated because it would put an obligation
on the City ar~d he felt there were other resources available.
Larson expressed him approval of the motion saying he felt the City had an
obligation to hf~1p those .in real need.
