AU ORDINANCE providing for the issuance of bonds oil Local
~mprovement District.No. 84, fixing the amount of such bond issue,
also the date and denominations of such bonds, and ordcrine the
delivery of s~ch bonds.

and on account of the cost and expense of mak1ng~i~proVdments pro-
vided for by Ordinapce No. 563 of. the ordin<.mces of the Ci ty o,f ~
Auburn creating Local Improvement District No. 84 of Gaid City.

Section 2. That the total amo'J.nt of said local improvement
bonds, to be issued as in ,the ordinance provided, is hereby_ fixed
at the sum of $ fj as: .Z!, said sum of ~~ 7..J..d'j,~ being the
amount of the co~and expense of making thPim:;rovements under the
provisions of said Ordinance :No. 563 remaing unpaid after August
29, 1925.
Section 3. That said bonds shall be dated September 25,
1925, shall be in denominations of $ 100.00 each except the first
numbered of said bonds vlhich shall be in the sum of $ /:3 8.XlJ ,
shall bear interest at the rate of 7 per cent per annum, payaole
annually, and shall have attached thereto interest coupons for
each interest payment.

Section 4, That the City Clerk of the City of Auburn is
hereby ordered and directed to cause to be printed such bonds of
local Impro'vement District lYo. 84 and that, upon execution thereof
in the manner prescribed by law and the ordinances of 3aid City,
said City Clerk be and is hereby authorized to sell said bonds and
deli ver such bonds to the pur chaser or purchaser s thereof upon pay-
ment to said e i ty of the amount or amounts of the pr inc ipal of SUcl1
bond or bonds. together with-premiums and accnred interest, if anYf
and that thereupon the warrants of said Local improvement District
No. 84 be retired, and that said City Clerk be and is also herepy
authorized to sell and deliver said bonds at par and accrued in-
terest. if any, in exchange for and redemption of the warrants
drawn upon Local Improvement :h'und, -District No. 84. of the local
improvement funds of the City of Auburn, remaining unpaid.
