AN ORDINANCE OF THE CiTY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTONA AMENDING SECTION I OF
ORDINANCE NO. 1703 OF SAID CITY~, TO CORRECT THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION
CONTAINED IN SAID ORDINANCE NO. 1703, WHICH ORDINANCE PROVIDED FOR
THE VACATION OF A CERTAIN STREET SITUATE WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS
OF SA ID CITY.
WHEREASt the City of Auburn~ by Ordinance No. 1703 of said Cityt
adopted June It 1964~ provided for the vacation of a certain st*reet
situate within the corporate limits of said City, pursuant to Resolution
No. 148; and~
WHEREASt the legal description of the property to be vacated by
Ordinance No. 1703 was not the proper description of the property for
which the vacation was requested in said Reeolution; and,
WHEREAS~ it has become necessary to correct the legal description of
said property, to reflect the proper description of the proper;cy to be
vacated,
NOW. THEREFORE~ THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, NASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
Section ,1~ That Section I of Ordinance No. 1703 of the City of
Auburn, be amended, so that, as amended, said aection shall read as follows:

be and the same is hereby vacated, and the property lying in said
portion of the atreet described hereinabove~ aha ll be returned and
belong to the abutting property owners of said effect,.'
,S,ec~tion 2, This ordinance shall take effect five (5) days from and
its peasege~ approv&l and publication as provided by law.
