AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING AUBURN CODIFIED CITY
ORDINANCE 10.24.020 (B) AND ADDING A NEW SECTION THEREOF,
RELATTNG TO ONE-WAY ALLEYS WITHIN THE CITY OF AUBURN.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 10.24.020 (B) of the City of Auburn Codified Ordinances,
which reads as follows:
"10.24.020 One-Way alleys designated.
Upon those alleys described in this section, vehicular traffic
shall move only in the indicated direction when signs indicating the
direction of traffic are erected and maintained at every intersection
where movement in the opposite direction is prohibited, and a vehicle
passing around a rotary traffic island shall be driven only to the
right of such island:
B. On the a11ey immediately north of Main Street running in an
easterly and westerly direction and between "6" Street North-
west and North Division Street, in an easterly direction;"
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"10.24.020 B.
B. On the alley immediately north of Main Street running in an
easterly and westerly direction and between "B" Street North-
west and "A" Street Northwest in an easterly direction."
Section 2. There is herewith added to Auburn Codified City Ordinance 10.24.020
and new section to be designated as "F" and which shall read as follows:
"10.24.020 F.
F. On the alley immediately north of West Main Street between
"A" Street Northwest and North Division Street in a westerly
direction.°
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)
days from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
