AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY PURCHASED FOR CEMETERY EXPANSION TO THE CITY OF
AUBURN, WASHINGTON.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of R.C.W. 35.13.180 of the laws of
the 'State of Washington, the following real property purchased for cemetery
expansion at the Mt. View Cemetery, said real property being util̡~ed for
muni ci pa 1 purposes, shall be annexed to and become part of the Ci ty of Auburn,
Washington, and legally described as follows:
Lot 51 of West Auburn Five Acre Tracts, as per plat
recorded in Volume 15 of Plats, on page 12, records
of King County, Washington, situated in City of Auburn,
County of King, State of Washington.
Section 2. The purpose of this annexation is to give the City of Auburn,
Washington, full dominion and control over the interest in said real property owned
by the City of Auburn, and the operating facilities located on said real property.
Section 3. That upon passage, approval and publication in due and regular
form of this Ordinance, the City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a true and
certified copy of this Ordinance to be recorded in the Office of th,e County Auditor,
of King County, and pay the recording fee therefor.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)
days from and after its passage , approval and pub 1 i cati on, as provi ded by 1 aw.
