AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, APPROVING THE PLAT OF NERI'S
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF AUBURN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON
FILE WITH THE CLERK OF THE CITY OF AUBURN.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Plat of NERI'S ADDITION located on a parcel of land
4.8 acres yin size located at the southerly end of Scenic Drive and east of
20th Street S.E.; to the City of Auburn, which plat is on file with the City

Clerk of the City of Auburn, Washington, and which plat is a plat of the
following described property, to`-wit:
A portion of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 in Section 21,
Twp 21 N, R 5 EWM, City of Auburn, County of King,
State of Washington.
Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Auburn, 6e and
they are hereby authorized and directed to sign a statement, written upon the
face of said plat, to the effect that said plat has been examined and approved
by this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days
from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.

I, Coralee A. McConnehey, the duly appointed, qualified City Clerk
of the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation and Code City, situate in
the County of King, State of Washington, do hereby certify that the fore-
going is a full, true and correct copy of Ordinance No. 3502 of the
ordinances of the City of Auburn, entitled
"APJ ORDINANCE of the City of Auburn, Washington, approving the plat of Neri's
Addition to the City of Auburn, according to the plat thereof on file with the
Clerk of the City of Auburn
I certify that said Ordinance No. 3502 was duly passed by the
Council and approved by the Mayor of the s- aid City of Auburn, on the 7th
