AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, APPROVING THE PLAT OF
SHADOW PARK DIVISION N0. 1 TO THE CITY OF AUBURN, ACCORDING
TO THE PLAT ON FILE WITH THE CLERK OF THE CITY OF AUBURN.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Plat of SHADOIJ PARK DIVISION NO. 1 located on the
north side of 37th. Street S.E. in the 900 Block, to the City of Auburn, which
plat is on file with. the City Clerk of the City of Auburn, Washington, and
which plat is a plat of the following described property, to-wit:
The E 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4
of Sec 30, Twp 21 N, R 5 EWM in King County, WA,
except County Road, and except any portion thereof
lying southerly of 37th St. S.E., City of Auburn,
County of King, State of lashington.
Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Auburn, be and
they are hereby authorized and directed to sign a statement, written upon the
face of said plat, to the effect that said plat has been examined and approved
by .this Ordinance.R , , ~ ~ ,
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days
from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.

of the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation and Code City, situate in
the County of King, State of Washington, do hereby certify that the fore-
going is a full, true and correct copy of Ordinance No. 3503 of the
ordinances of the City of Auburn, entitled
"AfJ ORDINANCE of the City of Auburn, Washington, approving the plat of
Shadow Park Division No. 1 to the City of Auburn, according to the plat
on file with the Clerk of the City of Auburn.
I certify that said Ordinance No. 3503 was duly passed by the
Council and approved by the Mayor of the said City of Auburn, on the 7th
day of Aoril A.D., 19 g0 .
I further certify that said Ordinance No. 3503 was published as
provided by law in the Daily Globe News, a daily newspaper published in the
City of Auburn, and of general circulation therein, on the 11th day of
Aril A.D., 19 80 ~.
