AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING AUBURN CODIFIED CITY
ORDINANCE 13.04.300 (A), RELATING TO NATER SERVICE CHARGES-PAYMENT
DELINQUENCY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Auburn Codified City Ordinance 13.04.300 (A), is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"13.04.300 Service charges - Payment delinquency.
A. All utility bills are due and payable in the office of the city
treasurer within ten days after the billing date appearing on the bill.
Twenty-five days after billing date a reminder bill for accounts with
outstanding balances will be sent. The reminder will notify the customer
that service will be subject to shutoff without further notice if not paid
within ten days. Service shall not be restored in the case of water and
sewer until full payment of delinquent amount is received, together with
a ((wal;e~^-isawR-ep)) enp alty charge of five dollars. If delinquency pay-
ment is not made in time for water personnel to resume service during
normal working hours, water service will not be turned on until the next
normal working day."
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days
from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.

City Ordinance 13.04.300 A relating to water service charges-payment delinquency.

Council and approved by the Mayor of the said City of Auburn, on the 16th
