AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING AUBURN CITY ORDINANCE
NO. 3475 (PASSED DECEMBER 17, 1979) RELATING TO THE ADOPTION OF THE
1980 BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF AUBURN.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 1 of Auburn City Ordinance No. 3475, passed December
17, 1979, is hereby amended to read as follows:

I, Coralee A. McConnehey, the duly appointed, qualified City Clerk
of the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation and Code City, situate in
the County of King, State of Washington, do hereby certify that the fore-
going is a full, true and correct copy of Ordinance No. 3520 of the
ordinances of the City of Auburn, entitled "AN ORDINANCE
of the City of Auburn, Washington, amending Auburn City Ordinance No.
3475 (passed 12-17-79) relating to the adoption of the 1980 Budget
for the City of Auburn.
I certify that said Ordinance No. 3520was duly passed by the Council
and approved by the Mayor of the said City of Auburn, on the 21St day of
July A.D., 1980 .
I further certify that said Ordinance No. 3520 was published as provided
by law in the Daily Globe News, a daily newspaper published in the City of
Auburn, and of general circulation therein, on the 27th day of July
A.D., 19 80 .
