WHEREAS,
the following described storm
drainage easement was previously

O conveyed to the City of Auburn, Washington; and

WHEREAS,
said storm drainage easement
is now considered surplus to the
needs of the City of Auburn, Washington.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following described storm drainage easement is herewith
declared surplus to the needs of the City of Auburn, Washington, and herewith
is released and quit claimed to the owners of the real property it is located
upon, said storm drainage easement being more fully described as follows, to-wit:
A drainage easement 10 feet in width across the north
10 feet of Lots 16, 17 and 18, E.L. Newcomb Addition
as recorded in Volume 52 of Plats, page 91, records of
King County, Washington.
Section 2. Upon the passage of this Ordinance a certified copy thereof
will be filed and recorded in the office of the Auditor for King County, Washington.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days
from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.

I, Robin Wohlhueter, the duly appointed, qualified City
Clerk of the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation and
Code City, situate in the County of King, State of
Washington, do hereby certify that the foregoing is a full,
true and correct copy of Ordinance No. 3535 of the
ordinances of the City of Auburn, entitled "AN ORDINANCE."
I certify that said Ordinance No. 3535 was duly passed
by the council and approved by the Mayor of the said City of
Auburn, on the the 4TH day of AUGUST A.D., 1980.
I further certify that said Ordinance No. 3535 was
published as provided by law in the Valley Daily News, a
daily newspaper published in the City of Auburn, and of
general circulation therein, on the 10TH day of AUGUST,
A.D., 1980.
