AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, APPROVING THE PLAT OF
PUGET SOUND BUSINESS PARK TO THE CITY OF AUBURN, ACCORDING TO
THE PLAT ON FILE WITH-THE CLERK OF THE CITY OF AUBURN.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Plat of PUGET SOUND BUSINESS PARK located on
a parcel of land approximately 63 acres in size lying west of Auburn Way
North between 37th and 43rd Streets N.E., to the City of Auburn, which plat
is on file with the City Clerk of the City of Auburn, Washington, and which
plat is a plat of the following described property, to-wit:
The S 40 acres of the W 1487.34 ft of the N 2286.76 ft
of the DLC of the Heirs at Law of Harvey H. Jones and
his wife, Eliza Jane Jones, both deceased, designated as
Claim No. 39; EXCEPT por thof desc as foll: Beg at the
SE cor thof; th W 264 ft; th N 585 ft; th E 264 ft; th S
585 ft to the POB; ALSO, EXCEPT that por of the S 530 ft
lyg W of the Nly extension of the W In of "C" St.; ALSO the
N 1/2 of the N 1/2 of the fall desc tract: Beg at the SW
cor or sd DLC; th N 4574.46 ft; th E 1518 ft, Th S 4574.46
ft; th W 1518 ft to the POB; All of sd lands being located
in Sec 6, Twp 21 N, R 5 EWM, in King County, WA, and Sec 31,
Twp 22 N, R 5 EWM in King County, WA. EXCEPT public roads;
AND EXCEPT the por thof desc as foll: Beg at the SW cor of
sd DLC; th N 4574.46 ft; th E 1487.34 m/1 to the W In of the
G. Fraeger'Road and.the TPOB of the tract of land herein
excepted; th S'alg the.1,11 n of sd-road 200 ft; th W 1089 ft;
th N 200 ft; th E 1089 ft to the TPOB.
Section 2. That, the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Auburn, be and
they are hereby authorized and,directed to sign a statement, written upon the
face of said plat, to the effect that said plat has been examined and approved
by this Ordinance.

Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)
days from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by
law.

of the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation and Code City, situate in
the County of King, State of Washington, do hereby certify that the fore-
going is a full, true and correct copy of Ordinance No. 1552 of the
ordinances of the City of Auburn, entitled
"AN ORDINANCE OF THE = OF AUBURN, WASHINGION, APPROVING THE PLAT OF
